This policy explains what happens to your personal data when you use clearpathenergy.ai or ask us for an energy comparison. We've kept it in plain English — if anything's unclear, email help@clearpathenergy.ai and we'll explain.

Who we are

ClearPath Energy is a trading name of 110 Telecoms Limited, company number 09061408, registered office First Floor Spitalfields House, Stirling Way, Borehamwood, England, WD6 2FX. We're the "data controller" for the information you give us — meaning we decide how and why it's used.

What we collect

When you submit our quote form, we collect:

• Your name and business name
• Phone number and email address
• Your approximate monthly energy spend
• Which services you're asking about (electricity, gas, water)

We don't collect anything else about you unless you send it to us directly, for example by email or phone.

Why we collect it

We use your details to:

• Contact you with a comparison of business energy deals
• Negotiate rates with suppliers on your behalf, if you ask us to
• Manage the switch to a new contract, if you go ahead
• Send you renewal reminders ahead of your contract ending

Our legal basis for this is your consent when you submit the form, and — if you become a client — our legitimate interest in providing the service you've asked for.

Who we share it with

We share your details with:

• Energy suppliers on our panel, but only once you've agreed to get a comparison or proceed with a switch
• FormSubmit, a third-party service that relays quote form submissions from our website to our inbox. FormSubmit processes the data in transit but does not retain or use it beyond that.

We never sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else without telling you first.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your enquiry details after 12 months. If you do become a client, we keep your records for as long as your contract runs, plus 6 years afterwards, in line with standard UK record-keeping requirements.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. The only external resource it loads is Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of serving the font files — standard for any site using web fonts.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:

• Show you what data we hold on you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your data, where we're not required to keep it
• Stop using your data for marketing

Email help@clearpathenergy.ai to exercise any of these. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
