Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 3 July 2026
These terms cover your use of clearpathenergy.ai and our energy brokering service. By submitting a quote request or engaging us to find you an energy deal, you're agreeing to them.
Who we are
ClearPath Energy is a trading name of 110 Telecoms Limited, company number 09061408, registered office First Floor Spitalfields House, Stirling Way, Borehamwood, England, WD6 2FX ("we", "us", "our").
What we do
We're an independent energy broker. We compare business gas, electricity and water contracts across our supplier panel, negotiate on your behalf, and manage the switch to a new contract if you choose to proceed. We are not a supplier — we don't generate or sell energy ourselves.
Cost to you
Our comparison service is free. We're paid a commission by the supplier when you switch to a new contract through us — never a fee charged directly to you. Full detail on how this works is in our Commission Disclosure.
Quotes and accuracy
Energy market rates change frequently. Any quote we provide is indicative and subject to confirmation by the supplier at the point you sign a contract. We do our best to give you accurate, up-to-date figures, but the final rate and terms are set by the supplier, not us.
Your responsibilities
When you use our service, you agree to:
- Give us accurate information about your business and current energy usage
- Have the authority to enter into an energy contract on behalf of your business
- Tell us promptly if anything you've told us changes
We rely on the information you give us to find you the right deal — inaccurate information may affect the quotes or contracts we're able to secure for you.
No obligation
Requesting a comparison places you under no obligation to switch. You decide whether to proceed with any deal we present, and nothing is agreed on your behalf without your confirmation.
Our liability
We take reasonable care in comparing the market and negotiating on your behalf, but we can't guarantee a specific saving or outcome — this depends on your existing contract, usage, and market conditions at the time. We're not liable for losses arising from delays or issues caused by suppliers, third parties, or information you've given us that turns out to be inaccurate.
Ending the relationship
You can stop using our service at any time. If you've already entered into a supply contract through us, that contract is between you and the supplier directly, and is governed by the supplier's own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
